Industrial circuit board repair and replacement for discontinued control boards
Industrial control boards and circuit boards: reverse engineering and replacement solutions for discontinued parts
Get your equipment back on track.
We provide circuit board repair, control board testing, PCB reverse engineering, and replacement solutions for discontinued boards. Based in Kaohsiung, we accept repair shipments from customers throughout Taiwan.
Circuit Board Testing, Repair & On-Equipment Verification
We begin by reviewing the reported symptoms and use test equipment such as oscilloscopes and bench power supplies to verify signal and power conditions and isolate the fault. After repair, functional testing or verification on the actual equipment may be performed depending on the specific case. If the OEM board is discontinued or cannot be repaired, we can also evaluate PCB reverse engineering and compatible replacement solutions.

Having trouble with a circuit board or control board? Send us the information you already have to get started.
E-FACTORY provides industrial circuit board repair, PCB repair, control board fault diagnosis, as well as reverse engineering and replacement evaluation for discontinued control boards. Whether it’s an aerial work platform or other industrial equipment, you can start by sending us the information you already have.
You don’t need to know exactly what the fault is or decide in advance whether the board should be repaired, sourced, or replaced. Just send us whatever information you already have, and we’ll help determine the next step.
First, identify the equipment.
Provide:Equipment brand, model, or a photo of the nameplate. You can also include a full photo of the equipment.
Why we need it:This helps us identify the equipment’s function, control system, and the type of circuit board it may use.
No nameplate?A full photo of the equipment is also fine.
Take clear photos of the board—you don’t need to identify it yourself first.
Provide:Photos of the front and back of the board, including the board number, part number, connector locations, and any visible markings.
Why we need it:This helps us identify the board type, compare it with previous cases, and evaluate parts availability and possible replacement options.
Can’t identify the number?Just take a clear photo.
Tell us what isn’t working properly.
Provide:Unable to power on, unresponsive buttons, abnormal outputs, incorrect operation, error messages, or a video showing the fault.
Why we need it:This helps us determine whether the issue may be coming from the board, power supply, signal, or another part of the equipment.
No technical terms needed.Simply describe what you see.
Incomplete information is fine—just send us what you have.
